First REMAPS  Conference

(Revenue Management & Pricing in Services)

17 – 18 December 2015                                                     Paris, ESSCA Campus

Call for Paper

The first conference on Revenue Management and Pricing in service sectors (REMAPS) will be held in Paris, France, on the 17th and 18th December 2015. Co- organized by ESSCA, School of Management, ESTHUA, School of Tourism and Hospitality and GRANEM Research Center (University of Angers), this conference offers to academics, managers and consultants a unique platform to address main issues related to Revenue Management and Pricing in service sectors. The two days program will include: Academic presentations and discussions on the above mentioned topics, Industry and Academic Keynote Speakers, Hot topics Discussions Circles and Academic Development Sessions. The entire event, located on Paris ESSCA campus, will be a unique opportunity to networking, build or renew relationship and brainstorming on current Revenue Management trends and issues.

In most of the service sectors, every decision related to pricing became of a strategic importance due to the impact on customer's demand and image, on competitive position and on company's profitability. In such context, it makes no doubts that the development and implementation of pricing policies, in an environment of global competition, requires having a broad view of the theories, practices and implementation tools and methods. The purpose of the REMAPS conference is to offer to both academics and managers the best exposure to current contributions and practices in the field.

Submissions from academics, consultancy businesses, industry managers, service sector companies and/or public organizations are encouraged and should focus on Revenue Management & Pricing, addressing some more specific issues, including (but not limited to) the following topics :
